We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Furniture Sales Associate to join our team
Qualifications: Important - Please read
- Previous experience furniture sales environment is preferred but not required. need to at least know furniture items names (nightstand, sofa, loveseat..etc)
- respond to messages and ads on facebook / instagram / shopify store ( will increse personal sales - free leads other then walk ins )
- maintain clean workspace and self hygene
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on phone etiquette as well.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- A willingness to learn about products and engage customers through effective product demos.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations to promote new items and enhance customer knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold store standards by keeping the sales floor clean and organized.
