And we’re looking for a Licensed Architect (stamping authority) who’s excited to help lead that transformation. Direct collaboration with senior leadership (reports directly to COO) and national OEMs. Huge room for growth—build your own standards, influence design direction, and elevate an entire brand’s look and feel. A culture that celebrates teamwork, innovation, quality, and bold ideas. What You Bring Active Architectural License with the ability to stamp drawings. Experience with automotive dealership projects. Strong Revit/AutoCAD and BIM skills. Deep understanding of building codes, ADA, life safety, and permitting. Passion for creating high-functioning, beautiful, customer-friendly spaces. Ability to lead projects from concept to completion with cross-disciplinary teams. Bonus Points Experience with automotive dealership infrastructure, customer and service workflow design, and ground-up automotive construction. Multi-state licensure (or willingness to obtain).
