Employment type: full-time (exempt), hybrid

Travel requirements: 3-4 trips per year, averaging 2-3 days per trip


About the role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Specialist to lead and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and digital experiences.


This role requires a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable developing campaign strategy, managing cross-functional digital projects, executing marketing initiatives, optimizing performance, and translating data into actionable insights.


The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing social media platforms, running Meta advertising campaigns, building email marketing programs, supporting influencer marketing initiatives, and overseeing digital development projects including websites, landing pages, sweepstakes, registration platforms, and other interactive digital experiences from kickoff through launch.


As a member of our Digital team, you will collaborate closely with strategy, creative, production, development, account management, and clients to deliver high-quality digital campaigns that support experiential marketing programs and measurable business objectives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute social media strategy across key platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels
  • Build content calendars and collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content
  • Manage publishing schedules, community engagement, and platform best practices
  • Monitor trends, optimize content performance, and identify opportunities for audience growth


Integrated Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid media, social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and digital experiences
  • Ensure all digital tactics work together cohesively to support broader marketing and business objectives
  • Develop campaign timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee successful execution from planning through launch


Digital Project Management

  • Lead digital development projects including websites, landing pages, registration platforms, sweepstakes, contests, and interactive digital experiences
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear functional requirements and collaborate with developers and designers throughout the development process
  • Manage project timelines, priorities, QA testing, and launch readiness
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders, external vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
  • Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions to keep initiatives moving forward


Paid Media Management

  • Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns including audience targeting, creative testing, budget management, and performance optimization
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on data and insights
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or other paid platforms is a plus


Email Marketing

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns including audience segmentation, automation, scheduling, and reporting
  • Optimize campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, engagement, and conversions
  • Collaborate on CRM and customer journey strategies


Influencer Marketing

  • Support influencer and creator campaigns including talent identification, outreach, contracting, coordination, and execution
  • Track campaign performance and integrate creator content into broader marketing initiatives
  • Stay informed on creator trends and platform best practices


Analytics & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign performance across digital channels and present actionable recommendations
  • Develop reporting dashboards and summarize campaign performance for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Implement A/B testing strategies across advertising, email marketing, landing pages, and digital experiences to improve performance



QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be genuinely interested in and passionate about the impact of digital trends and cultural events, and how they intersect with marketing and entertainment ecosystems
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, a related field, or comparable experience
  • 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing or integrated marketing
  • Proven experience managing Meta advertising campaigns (required)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or other paid media platforms (preferred)
  • Experience developing and executing email marketing campaigns
  • Experience supporting or managing influencer marketing initiatives
  • Experience managing digital development projects including websites, landing pages, registration platforms, or digital experiences
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana (preferred), Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, or similar tools
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics and reporting platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in an agency or fast-paced client services environment is preferred
  • Ability to travel 3-4 times per year: trips typically lasting between two to four days
  • Ability to work outside of standard business hours on occasion to ensure coverage of client programs when necessary
  • Must be able to pass a standard background check
  • Must be able to work with and maintain confidential information

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Hybrid office schedule: in-office days are Tuesdays and Thursdays; Wednesdays are strongly encouraged as a third day
  • Highly collaborative open office environment, noise-level moderate
