Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new client relationships through various prospecting efforts.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend personalized home and auto insurance coverage.
- Present clear, compelling insurance proposals and close sales with confidence.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed on industry trends.
- Manage and grow a book of business by fostering long-term client loyalty.
- Collaborate with our internal team to ensure seamless customer service and policy administration.
Qualifications
- Hold a valid AZ P&C License (required – if you don’t have it yet, let's discuss your timeline to get it!).
- Proven ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly.
