G4 Electrical is hiring an experienced Electrical Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is primarily a sales, diagnostic, and customer service position serving homeowners throughout Dallas and surrounding areas.
We’re looking for an experienced electrician who is comfortable diagnosing electrical issues, communicating with homeowners, recommending solutions, and performing installations when needed. The right candidate is self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently in the field.
Service Area & Training
- Primary service area: Dallas, Garland, Rowlett, Rockwall, Royse City & surrounding areas
- Initial training will take place at our office in Mabank, TX
- As business needs change, occasional travel to the Mabank area may be required
- Company vehicle and gas card provided for work-related travel
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners and provide professional, friendly customer service
- Diagnose residential electrical systems and identify issues
- Explain electrical problems and recommended solutions to homeowners
- Educate customers on repair and replacement options
- Prepare estimates and sell electrical services
- Order necessary materials for jobs
- Perform electrical installations and repairs when needed
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and provide a positive customer experience
- Work independently while managing your daily service calls
Pay & Benefits
- 25–40 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Starting at 7:00 AM
- 45–55 hours per week
- No regular weekend work
- Rotating on-call schedule
Requirements
- 3 years of residential electrical experience
- Strong electrical diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable performing residential electrical repairs and installations
- Basic hand tools and cordless drills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable meeting with homeowners and discussing electrical solutions
- Able to climb ladders and work in attics, crawl spaces, and underneath homes
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable transportation to the designated service area and training location when required
