This role is focused on strategic planning, policy development, and driving talent acquisition efforts to support organizational goals. The director will ensure compliance with relevant laws, manage employee relations, and promote performance management and training programs. They will also be responsible for budget management, leadership, conflict resolution, workforce planning, and reporting and analytics to optimize HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Create and update company policies and procedures
- Lead talent acquisition and onboarding processes
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Oversee performance management systems and employee development initiatives
- Plan and manage HR budgets
- Lead and mentor HR staff employees
- Conduct workforce planning to meet current and future needs
- Generate and analyze HR reports and metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- 7 years in human resources management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Knowledge of employment law

- Strong leadership and communication skills
