1st Shift Receiver

Work Location: In person

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: 1st Shift; Monday - Thursday 5am – 3pm

Pay Rate: 1st Shift - $18/hour

Duties:

• Receiving activities for all purchase orders (raw tubing, fittings, supplies, etc.)
• Deliver and pick-up containers up to 100 lbs to manufacturing as needed, with proper counts and weights. Immediately report to supervisor before shortages occur.
• Attach a record of weight and amounts to containers after shipping personnel pack them.
• Keep personnel supplied with product at all times.
• Important to have the ability to organize and pack goods in a dockside.
• Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack, and other material moving equipment.
• Utilize ERP system.
• Inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Ability to count and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Strong understanding of receipt cycle, stockroom operations, and cycle counting techniques
• Ability to be self-motivated
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Must poses strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
