3-Axis Router Programmer and Operator - Day Shift

We’re looking for a 3-Axis Router Programmer and Operator to join our team on Day Shift (8 AM - 5 PM, Mon-Thurs). Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, you'll get hands-on with CNC machines, create high-quality parts, and be part of a team that values craftsmanship and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain 3-axis routers efficiently and safely to produce high-quality parts.
• Generate CNC Code programming in Fusion 360
• Set up machines for routing processes, including tooling setup and adjustments.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Conduct final assembly of parts and products as needed.
• Assist with other shop duties as required for production.
• Package and label finished goods for shipment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
  
  

Requirements

• Background in CNC routing operation and setup preferred, however we will train the right candidate.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on machines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
• Flexibility to adapt to various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to assist with other shop-related duties.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
