- Create CNC Programs using Fusion 360
- Operate and maintain 3-axis and 5-axis routers efficiently and safely to produce high-quality parts.
- Set up machines for routing processes, including tooling setup and adjustments.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Conduct final assembly of parts and products as needed.
- Assist with other shop duties as required for production.
- Package and label finished goods for shipment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
- 5-Axis CNC Router Programming preferred
- Background in CNC routing operation and setup preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on machines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
- Flexibility to adapt to various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to assist with other shop-related duties.
