Role Description
This is a NYC hybrid Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition for a client of G2 Startup Advisors. In this role, you will oversee full-life cycle recruiting processes, partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, and manage employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. You will lead and execute hiring strategies, streamline recruitment processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience through carefully structured interviews and relationship management.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Proficiency in Hiring and Employer Branding strategies to attract top talent
- Skilled in conducting effective and structured Interviewing processes
- Experience in Recruiting with a focus on growth-stage or complex organizational needs
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
- Demonstrated success in aligning talent acquisition strategies with business objectives
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
