We are seeking an Experienced Car Wash Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for thoroughly performing Express Detail Services per G2 Express Car Wash defined operational procedures within the defined performance time SLA's (service level agreement) while providing excellent Car Wash customer services !

## Duties
- Perform Express Detail Services: Follow defined express detail procedures to thoroughly Detail Customer vehicles using industry detailing tools, chemicals and products.
- Meet Performance Time Service Level Agreement (SLA's) : Thoroughly complete customer detail service within the defined SLA performance times to ensure detail services are completed timely & efficiently.
- Apply Detail Products - Follow the defined procedure when applying products and chemicals to customer vehicles to ensure quality services are delivered within time SLA's & to ensure protection of customer vehicles.
- Engage with Customers to Cross-sell and Up-sell: Conduct marketing engagement with onsite Customers to cross-sell and up-sell customers to purchase detail services.
- Keeping the lot clean: Ensuring the lot is clean throughout the day.
- Closing the wash: Cleaning the wash and pit after the wash closes.
- Applying Treatments: Applying pre treatments to vehicles as needed.
- Maintaining Speed: Maintaining a consistent wash speed during busy times.
## Skills
- Experienced Detailer with a minimum of 1-Year of Detailing Experience using industry detailing tools, chemicals and products.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing high-quality service.
- Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
