Assembly Associate – Automotive Manufacturing
Location: Warren, MI
Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Pay: $15.50/hour (Increases to $17.00/hour after 90 days)
We are seeking dependable and motivated Assembly Associates to join our automotive manufacturing team in Warren, MI. In this role, you will assemble automotive components by installing clips, bolts, screws, wiring, and other parts onto automotive products while maintaining quality and production standards.
Responsibilities- Assemble automotive components according to work instructions and specifications.
- Install clips, bolts, screws, wiring, and other components onto automotive parts.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Operate basic hand tools and production equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Starting Pay: $15.50/hour
- Pay Increase: $17.00/hour after successful completion of 90 days
