About the Role: As a Laser Assistant Operator, you will help Laser Operators with daily production tasks and the finishing of laser-cut products. This includes examining, sorting, grinding, moving, and preparing parts to support quality and production goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform part dressing and grinding as needed
- Remove material skeletons and finished parts
- Verify product quantities and dimensions
- Check that products are correctly tagged
- Transfer parts to designated areas
- Use pneumatic and power tools safely and efficiently
- Sheet metal experience preferred
- Fork truck experience a plus

- A strong focus on safety, quality, and accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a production environment
- Comfort using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools
- Sheet metal experience preferred
- Fork truck experience a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of business needs daily, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs. multiple times a day
- Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to withstand extended exposure to heat
