G&W Display Fixtures is a fast-growing manufacturing company serving national retail clients with high-quality display fixtures, casework, and custom production solutions. We are seeking a hands-on, organized, and results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse team and strengthen accuracy, material flow, and operational performance across the facility.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Manager oversees all warehouse functions, including receiving, storage, bin location systems, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, material staging for production, kitting, internal material flow, and picking to support shipping. This role develops warehouse team members, maintains high organizational standards, drives continuous improvement, and ensures smooth coordination with Purchasing, Production, Assembly, and Shipping/Receiving.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, staging, and inventory control.
• Develop warehouse layouts, bin systems, and space utilization improvements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, variance investigation, and reconciliation.
• Pull, kit, and stage materials for production and point-of-use locations.
• Prepare finished goods and customer orders accurately and on time.
• Ensure proper documentation and ERP/MRP inventory transactions (E2 experience preferred).
• Build, coach, and evaluate a high-performing warehouse team.
• Maintain standard work procedures and 5S/organization standards across the warehouse.
• Ensure OSHA compliance, proper forklift operation, and a clean, safe environment.
• Identify and resolve cross-department issues related to materials, schedules, or workflow.
• Hold employees accountable to standards, productivity expectations, and safety procedures.
• Represent the warehouse in leadership meetings and communicate issues transparently.
• Perform additional duties that support company objectives and operational success.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse, inventory control, or materials management experience.
• Experience supervising or leading warehouse staff.
• Strong understanding of warehouse layout, bin systems, and material flow.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; E2 preferred.
• Ability to read basic shop drawings or work order documentation.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to commute or relocate to Bronson, MI.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training in supply chain, logistics, operations, or business.
• Experience with Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Background in manufacturing or production-support warehousing.

Physical Requirements
