8-5 Tuesday-Thursday (Mon and Fri- remote)- Cole Building- in Warren, MI
We are seeking a Simulation Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and validating simulation models that support product development, system performance, and engineering analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, build, and maintain simulation models to support engineering and product development activities.
- Analyze simulation results and provide recommendations to improve product performance and design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define simulation requirements and validate model accuracy.
- Support design reviews and engineering decision-making through data-driven analysis.
- Document simulation methodologies, assumptions, and results.
- Utilize Teamcenter to manage engineering data, simulation files, and product lifecycle information.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or related engineering discipline required).
- Experience with simulation modeling is required.
- Experience using Siemens Teamcenter is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CAE, FEA, or other engineering simulation software.
- Knowledge of product development processes and engineering best practices.

Pay: $36.00 - $38.50 per year
