Hardwood Floor Installer / Finisher – Full-Time ($24–$35/hr)

G. Svoboda Floor Services is a small, family-owned hardwood flooring company serving the North Side of Chicago up to Lake Geneva, WI, and everywhere in between. We take pride in quality craftsmanship and treat our crew like family. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking team member to grow with us.
What You'll Do
- Install, sand, stain, and finish hardwood floors in residential and commercial settings
- Repair and refinish existing floors
- Prep jobsites and leave them clean and professional
- Work alongside a small, experienced crew
What We're Looking For
- Experience in hardwood flooring preferred, but we're willing to train the right person
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in your work
- Dependable and on time
- Must have reliable transportation to and from jobsites (we work across northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin)
Pay & Schedule
- $24–$35 per hour, based on experience
- W-2 employee position
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Performance reviews at 90 and 180 days
