Sales Advisor – G-Star

Location: Westfield Garden State Plaza – Paramus, NJ

G-Star is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Westfield Garden State Plaza. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, connecting with customers, and working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming and engaging customer experience.
• Actively drive sales through customer engagement, product recommendations, and strong selling techniques.
• Develop strong product knowledge and confidently communicate G-Star’s denim, fits, collections, and brand story.
• Build relationships with customers and support clienteling and outreach.
• Maintain strong visual and merchandising standards throughout the sales floor.
• Assist with replenishment, fitting rooms, inventory, and general store operations.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and store sales goals.

• Ability to take initiative rather than waiting for customers to approach.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

What Success Looks Like

A successful G-Star Sales Advisor doesn't simply process transactions. They actively engage customers, understand their needs, recommend products, and help turn store traffic into sales while delivering a strong brand experience.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
