We are looking for a highly skilled Electronics Engineers and Technicians with extensive experience in component-level troubleshooting, depot-level repair, and RF technology to join our team.
Key Requirements (Must Read Before Applying):
✅ MUST read & understand component-level schematics.
✅ Depot-level repair experience required.
✅ Preferred: Experience in aviation, military avionics, or aerospace industries.
✅ Must pass a drug and alcohol test.
✅ Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Responsibilities:
- Apply engineering principles to investigate, analyze, develop, test, and evaluate electronic systems.
- Perform failure analysis and troubleshooting at the component level on complex electronic systems.
- Develop, review, and maintain schematics, technical specifications, and procedures.
- Conduct circuit reconnection, component theory testing, and power electronics troubleshooting.
- Work with RF technology, high-voltage lab environments, and electronic hardware.
- Utilize test equipment such as oscilloscopes and power supplies for analysis.
- Develop and maintain calibration and maintenance procedures for new and existing systems.
- Design and oversee prototype testing, redesign projects, and process improvements.
- Must be able to think “outside the box” to solve complex operational and technical problems.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electronics Engineering from an accredited institution.
5-10 years of experience in electronics engineering, preferably within aviation, aerospace, or defense.
Strong troubleshooting and failure analysis skills for complex electronic systems.
In-depth knowledge of schematics, circuit analysis, and electronic design principles.
Understanding of power electronics converter topologies (AC-DC, DC-DC, DC-AC).
Experience with lab test equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc.).
Experience with RF technology and high-voltage lab environments.
Experience with LabView and MATLAB/Simulink is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Ability to write technical reports and communicate effectively.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
