Responsibilities
- Operate various types of machines, to finish product components.
- Ability to Inspect parts to ensure compliance requirements.
- Ability to Inspect parts under magnification.
- Maintain accurate production records and rolling counts of in process parts and inventory.
- Able to wear half face and full-face respirator.
- Function as a multi-faceted team member ensures team training needs are met.
Skills:
- Mechanical reasoning and visualization.
- Ability to follow and interpret procedures.
- Able to understand production demands and required work flow.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to advise and assist a team to meet goals.
- Must be dependable.
- Effective communication and teamwork is paramount.
- Attention to and dissemination of all production safety procedures and requirements.
- Sandblasting and Painting experience a plus.
- A willingness to learn, build, disseminate information.
