G&S Medical Associates is seeking a dedicated and experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients. Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and medication management.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide ongoing monitoring of patient progress and treatment effectiveness.
- Collaborate with primary care physicians, therapists, and clinic staff as part of an integrated care team.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in case reviews and clinical meetings as needed.
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner and unrestricted licensure to practice in the state.
- Spanish speaking
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other medical software applications.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
