Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled metal Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal roofing techniques and materials, with a strong focus on quality workmanship and safety. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise will help ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of durability and aesthetics. We work primarily on high end homes and travel throughout New Hampshire.
Duties
- Install mainly standing seam metal roof system.
- Perform repairs on existing roofs, ensuring leaks are sealed and structural integrity is maintained.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess roof conditions and recommend necessary maintenance.
- Lift heavy materials safely and efficiently during installation and repair processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Familiarity with various roofing materials and techniques is a plus.
- Experience with standing seam metal roofing a plus but willing to train.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment related to roofing tasks.
- Experience in heavy lifting and working at heights is required.
- A background in maintenance person services or general construction is a plus.
