What You'll Do
- Perform high-quality MIG welding on steel and fabricated metal components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
- Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment.
- Inspect welds and finished products to ensure quality standards are exceeded.
- Work with production and fabrication teams to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the shop.

- Proven MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.
- Metric measurement experience a plus.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, with overtime opportunities available (Some Saturdays)
