WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
This position earns a competitive pay of $10-$15/hour
Your path to success begins with a part-time commitment, shaping your workweek on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. Possibly more hours as needed.
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
You'll start by efficiently scheduling appointments, ensuring our calendar is well-organized. As the day unfolds, you'll engage with our valued customers over the phone, offering stellar service and addressing their needs. Collaborating closely with our Office Manager, you'll find yourself immersed in various tasks, contributing to the seamless operation of our vibrant office. Your role will be the cornerstone of a thriving workplace!
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Prior phone experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
1-2 years of previous office experience is preferred, but we will train the right individual as needed!
