Our Infusion company is a nurse-led agency that partners with specialty pharmacies to deliver high-quality infusions in the comfort of patients’ homes. We’re hiring in the area and looking for an RN who enjoys independent practice and one-on-one patient care.

What you’ll bring
· Active Registered Nurse License in the state or a compact state, BLS (ACLS a plus)
· PDF editing and basic computer skills (Required)
· Strong PIV skills (Required)
· A passion for patient education and compassionate, evidence-based care

Responsibilities and Skills
- Administer intravenous (IV) medications and therapies according to established protocols and provider order.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions during infusion therapy and respond appropriately.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medication administration, and potential side effects.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities in electronic health records.
- PDF editing and basic computer skills.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct assessments of patients’ health status, including vital signs and overall well-being.
- Stay informed about current best practices in infusion therapy and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Travel to patients’ homes across Richmond, VA and surrounding areas to start and monitor IV medications
- Perform focused assessments, troubleshoot line issues, and teach patients & families about the medication
- Must be accessible and have outstanding communication skills (required).

Pay: $45.00 - $52.00 per hour
