JOB DESCRIPTION – SERVER GẠO – Vietnamese Cuisine

-Position Summary: The Server is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and professional service while ensuring every guest receives accurate orders and an excellent dining experience.

- Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present the menu, answer questions, and accurately enter orders into the Chowbus POS system.
• Verify orders before sending them to the kitchen and before serving guests.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while responding to guest requests.
• Prepare, verify, and hand out takeout orders accurately.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables after guests leave.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked dining room, service stations, and work areas throughout the shift.
• Complete all assigned closing duties, including cleaning, sanitizing, restocking supplies, and preparing the restaurant for the next shift or business day.
• Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations. Follow all restaurant SOPs, food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

- Qualifications Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
