We are seeking a Project Manager to support a leading alternative investments firm, focused on driving process improvement across KYC and onboarding operations. This is a client-facing role with ownership of workflow optimisation, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of scalable onboarding solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end KYC and onboarding process improvement initiatives, from discovery through to implementation
- Manage onboarding workflows as a programme of work, identifying inefficiencies and driving measurable improvements
- Act as the central point of coordination across Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Technology teams
- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and provide clear status updates
- Analyse existing onboarding processes, controls, and documentation flows to identify gaps and optimisation opportunities
- Design and implement scalable, efficient onboarding frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements
- Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely delivery of key objectives
- Support governance and reporting across onboarding initiatives, including KPI tracking and process metrics
- Provide oversight and guidance to junior team members contributing to onboarding activities
- 3 years’ experience in KYC / Onboarding, with exposure to process improvement, change, or project delivery
- Strong understanding of KYC documentation, regulatory requirements and onboarding lifecycles within Financial Services
- Demonstrated experience managing workflows, projects, or operational change initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a process-driven mindset
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills, both internally and client-facing
- Ability to operate across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with a focus on control, quality, and efficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Salary: up to $65k
Length: 12 months, view to extension or permanent contract
