Zenex International, a leading manufacturer of professional-grade surface care products, is seeking a talented, highly motivated individual to join our creative and marketing team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in our global headquarters in Cleveland, OH.

Description:
The Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement. This individual will work in conjunction with the marketing team to create compelling visual and written content that resonates with Zenex’s B2B and B2C customers, ensuring consistent brand messaging across audiences and channels.
Position Responsibilities
- Execute marketing and promotional campaigns, designing and implementing strategies that align organizational objectives.
- Work with stakeholders to develop compelling written, visual, and multimedia content for marketing campaigns, newsletters, press releases, promotional materials, print catalogs/collateral, and tradeshow assets.
- Create and manage content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms. Review and edit messages to ensure brand messaging is presented in a clear, concise manner.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying trends that could impact future initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely receipt of deliverables.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related major.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing or advertising. eCommerce and graphic design experience a plus.
- Understanding of how to write compelling content for B2B and B2C audiences.
- Strong editing skills - high attention to detail necessary.
- Proficient in desktop applications - Microsoft Office. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Highly-organized with strong project management skills – must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
