What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stone countertop Front Office position at G & M Custom Cabinets LLC?
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to select materials for projects.
- Create and develop budget and plan for countertops in new construction and remodels.
- Form Estimates based on stone selections, material, fabrication .
- Ensure that all designs are aligned with client guidelines and project objectives.
- Provide job bids and manage jobs with some assistance from start to finish.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design
Skills:
- Able to learn and navigate design software proficiently.
- Strong understanding of countertop design principles and layout composition.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Able to form invoices and estimates on QuickBooks.
- Able to take detailed notes to finalize design decisions to customers specifications.
- Able to read house plans and figure square footage to give accurate bids.
