Position Summary
To serve our external customers by providing timely and courteous pick-up and delivery of product for all on premise special events. To ensure proper presentation of special event product in a timely manner.
Essential Functions
High School or GED required.
Experience
1 - 3 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
Certifications & Licenses
Valid driver’s license: employee must be insurable to operate a vehicle, as a condition of initial and continued employment.
Other Requirements
Skill in: internal and external customer service in a variety of settings. Ability to: work quickly, efficiently and independently without direct supervision; adapt to change; display a professional, positive attitude; perform basic math functions (e.g. addition, subtraction); communicate effectively with customers and other employees and develop good working relationships; be trained on operating hand tools, drive a vehicle; multi-task; problem solve. Other functions, skills and abilities may also apply.

- Delivers and picks up all Special Events product in a timely and professional manner.
- Adheres to all company policies, standards and procedures (e.g. OSHA and safety requirements, AIBI and Pepsi standards, Federal/State/Local laws); wears all required personal protective equipment.
- Communicates with customers and Pepsi management on issues regarding equipment, products, opportunities and problems that arise at the customer location; educates customers on basic equipment troubleshooting and cleaning.
- Completes time-off requests, preventative maintenance records, daily reports and other paperwork as required according to established standards.
- Works assigned schedule, exhibits regular and predictable attendance and works overtime as required to meet workload demands. Performs other related duties as required.
