Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Freight Broker Sales Agent with a minimum of 3-5 years of brokerage experience. The ideal candidate will bring an established network, strong sales skills, and a proven track record of developing freight lanes and customer relationships. This role will play a key part in helping G-Iron Logistics expand its growing flatbed division by securing new customers, building consistent freight opportunities, and developing profitable lanes throughout regional and national markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lane Development & Customer Acquisition: Identify, establish, and grow profitable freight lanes while developing long-term relationships with shippers, manufacturers, distributors, and logistics decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a book of business.
- Negotiate rates and secure profitable freight opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure successful load execution.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of freight brokerage sales experience.
- Proven ability to generate new business and develop freight lanes.
- Experience with flatbed freight is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
