Role Description
This is a part or full-time remote 199 role as a Life Coach for Teen Girls & Women at g(IRL) Co. The role involves providing one-on-one coaching, group coaching, supporting personal development, and creating tailored action plans for clients. Daily tasks include fostering clear and compassionate communication, facilitating training sessions, and helping individuals build authentic confidence and connections. The Life Coach will work closely with clients to assess their progress and ensure their personal goals are met through a supportive and collaborative approach.
Qualifications
- Experience in Life Coaching and Personal Development
- Strong Communication and Coaching skills
- Ability to facilitate Training sessions and foster growth
- Empathetic and creative approach to supporting clients
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or related field (preferred, not required)
- Relevant certifications in coaching or personal development are a plus, willingness to receive them is a must
- 3 years working with teen girls and/or women in a mentorship type role is a must
- a team-oriented approach, high energy, excellent communication skills
