What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Manager position at G Home LLC?
Company Overview
G Home takes the stress out of property maintenance for property managers, HOA boards, and builders across Middle Tennessee. As a dependable single-source partner, we keep properties clean, safe, and looking their best with the full range of commercial services—apartment move in/make ready and new build cleanouts, dryer vent cleaning, multi-family interior painting, pressure and soft washing, gutter repair and installation, gutter cleaning, and gutter protection installation. What sets us apart is simple: we staff every job with our own full-time, trained, insured crews, never subcontractors, so our schedule holds and our quality stays consistent across every property—from a single building to a multi-city portfolio. We treat every property as if it were our own, because your reputation rides on every turn, closing, and walkthrough.
