Role Description
G&H Orthodontics is seeking a passionate and experienced Chief Account Officer for a full-time, on-site position at our Franklin, IN location. This role entails overseeing financial operations, analyzing financial data, preparing comprehensive financial statements, and developing strategies to enhance organizational profitability. Additional responsibilities include fostering customer relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with teams to align financial strategies with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Statements and Finance-related knowledge
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating and interpreting financial data
- Outstanding Customer Service abilities and a commitment to maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Leadership experience and the ability to manage and inspire high-performing teams
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (such as CPA, CFA, or MBA) are a plus
- Experience in the healthcare or orthodontics industry is advantageous
