We’re currently seeking experienced Canvas Pattern Makers and Canvas Installers to join our team full time.
Job Responsibilities
- Take patterns from scratch
- Fabricate and install marine canvas products, including:
- Boat covers
- Boat enclosures
- Boat awnings
- Bimini tops
- Boat cushions
- Work efficiently on yachts, both indoors and outdoors
- Follow directions and maintain high-quality standards
- The Installer will be responsible for ensuring that all installations are completed efficiently and meet quality standard
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Prior experience in marine canvas work (required)
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Dependable and punctual
- Clean record
- Valid driver’s license
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar role is preferred.
