G&G is a small, family owned and operated business based out of Lee's Summit. We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' lawn & landscapes. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for outdoor work and a commitment to delivering high-quality lawn care services. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall maintenance and enhancement of residential and commercial properties. We do leaf cleanups, holiday lighting, and snow removal that keeps us busy year round!
Responsibilities
- Perform mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns to ensure a neat appearance.
- Conduct groundskeeping activities including leaf removal, debris cleanup, and seasonal cleanups.
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mulching, and pulling weeds.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and servicing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
