Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Aircraft Mechanic located in Miami, FL. The Aircraft Mechanic will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing aircraft to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing issues with aircraft systems, performing scheduled maintenance, and coordinating with team members to address mechanical and structural repairs. The role requires adherence to company and regulatory standards to guarantee the airworthiness of all serviced aircraft.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Aircraft Structures and structural repair techniques
- Strong knowledge of PowerPlant systems and operations
- Expertise in Aircraft Systems, including hydraulics, avionics, and electrical frameworks
- Experience in Aircraft Maintenance, troubleshooting, and performing diagnostics
- Demonstrated ability to work with various types of aircraft
- FAA Airframe and PowerPlant (A&P) certification is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under time constraints
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
