Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aircraft Mechanic located in Miami, FL. The Aircraft Mechanic will be responsible for performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on aircraft structures, powerplants, and systems. The role entails identifying and troubleshooting mechanical issues, conducting routine maintenance checks, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and aviation standards. The mechanic will collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to maintain the highest level of operational efficiency and safety.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Aircraft Structures, including repairs and inspections
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in PowerPlant systems and maintenance
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing Aircraft Systems
- Strong expertise in Aircraft Maintenance standards, practices, and safety requirements
- Possession of current FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Previous experience working with a variety of aircraft types is highly desirable
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends, when necessary
