Mechanical has provided a full range of refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, drain cleaning, and environmental services to commercial and industrial customers.Commercial HVAC/R Installer TechnicianNo On-Call!!!ResponsibilitiesInstalls heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, as well as accessoriesDesigns, fabricates, and installs various ducts and duct fittings as requiredPerforms start-ups on air conditioning and heating systems and other componentsResponsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfactionEffectively communicates with customer regarding questions, concerns, and problemsResponsible for delivery and removal of equipment needed to complete the installation workFollowing standard procedures and process, ensures that the company vehicle is properly stocked, returns defective warranty parts to branch, and orders/replenishes vehicle stock as neededResponsible for keeping installation vehicle clean and neat both inside and outside in keeping with the company's professional imageMinimum QualificationsEducation/ExperienceHigh School diploma or GED3-5 years of HVAC installation experience leading a team in installing commercial heating, air conditioning, and ventilationPreferred QualificationsRefrigeration experience is a huge plus!Proficient mechanical aptitudeAbility to operate all necessary tools and equipmentCommercial HVAC replacement experienceTeam collaboration is a priority and installers must be willing to work and assist team members as needed, in addition to working overtime, night, and weekend hours if neededUnderstanding of control systems and wiringEPA certificationProfessional, ethical, and a team player willing to grow with the company\*\*\* REWARDING YOUR PERFORMANCE \*\*\*Competitive salary, commensurate with experienceCompany paid vacation and holidaysCompany health care, vision, & dental benefits401k plan with Company matchCompany paid life insuranceEducation and training provided with monetary incentives available for education courses completedEligible for performance and company-based bonuses**EARN UP TO $46.23 PER HOUR PLUS ABILITY TO EARN HIGHER UNION BENEFITS PACKAGE MONDAY - FRIDAY**G.E.
