Duties
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments using RF scanners and pallet jacks to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing order picker equipment and inventory management software.
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks safely using forklifts, reach trucks, or other material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems like AS400 or MRP platforms.
- Conduct stock replenishment and stocking activities to ensure optimal inventory levels for e-commerce and retail distribution channels.
- Assist with shipping logistics including documentation, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and order fulfillment processes.
- Support warehouse operations by organizing storage areas, performing cycle counts, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse operations and inventory management software.
- Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely; certification preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting tasks.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and support customer service initiatives.
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing processes, and trade compliance regulations is a plus.

Pay: $26.01 - $29.92 per hour
