Job Description:
The Pastry Production 1 will be responsible for pastry production for events as delegated byPastry Lead 1.
- Arrive to work on time in proper uniform
- Communicate with Pastry Chef 1 regarding pastry production for the day
- Completion of pastry food production on the daily production prep list
- Review daily production sheet & BEO’s
- Highlighting food production completed on the BEO production prep list
- Make sure recipes are being followed as well as portion sizes for food produced
- Make sure station has proper sanitizing solution
- Check to see that all food is being labeled, dated & stored properly
- Clean all equipment, tables & shelving storage in regards to the pastry food production area including mats, sweeping, mopping & trash
- Assist with Food Production team members in other areas of the kitchen as needed
- Check out with Pastry Chef 1
