Class A CDL Truck Driver

G & C Supply Co.., Inc. is a family-owned wholesale distributor. G & C Supply operates out of Atwood, TN and Dandridge, TN. The company distributes water, sewer, and gas products, as well as signs and safety equipment.

Currently, we are in search of new truck drivers to join our team. We are looking for organized, smart, hard- working individuals interested in a company that offers great benefits, as well as a welcoming, friendly work environment.

Job Summary:

· Help with loading & unloading customer products

· Driver will be assigned a truck route to deliver merchandise to customer

· Some local runs may also happen

· When not driving, the driver will be expected to help others work on the yard and help with routine maintenance around the company. This may include but is not limited to helping load other trucks, strapping down products, or operating a forklift.

· Unlike other companies, our drivers have more interaction with customers. Must be able to help and interact when unloading the truck at a stop.

· Must be dependable

· Must be a safe driver

· Must work well with others

Type of Freight:

· Flatbed

· Bob Truck

Qualifications:

· Must have a CDL A

· Must be able to pass a drug screening

· Truck Driving experience is preferred, but not required

· Must be willing to travel 3-4 days a week
