We are seeking a reliable, patient, and compassionate individual to work with a 23-year-old male with mild autism. The position focuses on providing transportation, life skills coaching, and light household support.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing transportation to and from community programs and activities
- Assisting with independent living skills such as:
- Meal preparation
- Cleaning and laundry
- Self-care routines
- Supporting time management and daily schedule follow-through
- Performing light housekeeping as needed
About the individual:
- Verbal and mobile on his own (no physical lifting or medical care required)
- Motivated to build independence and daily living skills
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance
- Previous experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred, but not required
- Dependable, patient, and positive attitude
Schedule & Pay:
- Flexible hours, part-time
- Position based in the La Habra /Fullerton area)
