CDL A Company Shuttle Truck Driver

Job Description:
Shuttle Driver CDL-A | Home Daily | New Trucks | $75K–$80K Bonuses
**Must be able to work weekends as needed, must HAVE CDL A**
G&C Foods is looking for professional solo CDL-A drivers who want to be appreciated, paid what they’re worth, and join a family-oriented team. Our shuttle drivers are home daily, drive the trucks to drop lots, shuttle movements, perform compound/yard checks, and consolidate returns from multiple trailers (no handcarts, ramps, or stairs).
Pay & Bonuses:

• Earn $75,000–$80,000 annually
• $1,000 sign-on bonus for new drivers
• $1,000 additional for each year of experience (up to $7,000!)
• Quarterly bonuses: safety, clean inspection, and up to 5 weeks’ pay employee bonus
• Major cities pay, hourly detention pays (after the first hour), and breakdown pay
• Driver referral bonus — get rewarded for bringing a friend

Routes & Equipment:

• Regional routes: home daily
• Mostly drive trucks to drop lots, shuttle movements, perform compound/yard check, and consolidate returns from multiple trailers (no ramps, stairs, or handcarts)
• Reefer trailers: 48’ and 53’
• 2021 and newer Peterbilts AND Volvos
• Electric & manual pallet jacks
• 24/7 roadside assistance

Job Requirements:

• CDL A Required
• 21 years or older
Clean MVR

• • No more than 1 moving violation in the last 3 years
  • No DUI/DVI/DWI in the last 10 Years
  
  
• Must meet FMCSA requirements
• Must be able to lift up to 100lbs
• New CDL graduates must be able to produce graduation documentation

Wage Range: 75000.00 - 80000.00 per year
