What are the responsibilities and job description for the People Operations Manager position at G&C Auto Body?
Looking for more than a traditional HR Generalist role?
G & C Autobody is seeking a People Operations Manager to serve as a key member of our People team and the primary partner to our Director of People.
This is an opportunity to join one of California's largest and fastest-growing collision repair organizations, supporting more than 700 employees across 60 locations. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on employee experience, leadership effectiveness, compliance, culture, and organizational growth.

This is a broad, hands-on People Operations leadership role with ownership across employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, HR operations, compliance, employee experience, and process improvement. The ideal candidate enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on execution and takes pride in owning the full employee lifecycle.
What You'll Do
Location: Santa Rosa, CA (5 days onsite)
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
If you're looking for an opportunity to expand your impact, take ownership, and help shape the future of a growing People function, we'd love to hear from you.
