- Competitive Compensation: $100,000 - 120,000/ Year. (The Corporate Auto Body Collision Technician position has a pay scale that consists of the following elements and ranges. Wages include salary compensation of between 100,000 and 120,000)
- Company car and gas card will be provided
- Hours: Typically 40 - 45 hours/week Monday - Friday.
- Auditing stores for repair quality and BAR compliance
- Evaluating technicians skill level and needed training
- Training Technicians
- Advising technicians and managers
- Inspecting warranty claims or major warranty issues
- Managing equipment, verify it is in proper working condition and not being misused
- Remaining an I-CAR role representative
- Responsible for body material consumption in locations, audit locations usage that is excessive and develop initiatives to reduce waste
- Auditing locations Hazardous waste management
- Providing coverage in new locations as a production manager/collision tech and coverage for vacations
- Manage opening of new locations
- Order and set up equipment and tools for new location openings
- Manage OEM certifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a collision technician
- Tesla Certification required
- Additional OEM experience and certifications are a bonus!
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Ability to coach, train and mentor technicians
- Working knowledge of BAR requirements
- I-CAR Certification
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Travel to company locations
- Detail Oriented
