Sort Center Supervisor

Shift: Swing Shift (Schedule will vary based on business needs)

Schedule: Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed in a 7-day operation.

G&B Fulfillment is a growing third-party logistics (3PL) company specializing in B2B and B2C eCommerce fulfillment. We help brands deliver exceptional customer experiences through reliable warehouse, distribution, and order fulfillment services.

G&B Fulfillment is seeking a hands-on Sort Center Supervisor to lead daily sortation operations in our Woodland, CA facility. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse associates, coordinating workflow, and ensuring packages are accurately sorted and processed on time while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

• Supervise daily sort center operations and warehouse associates.
• Assign work and monitor productivity to meet operational goals.
• Ensure packages are accurately sorted and processed on schedule.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities.
• Train, coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and address workflow issues.
• Partner with inbound, outbound, and inventory teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Enforce safety policies, quality standards, and standard operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased efficiency.
• Report operational performance and issues to leadership.
• Ensure staffing and workflow meet the demands of a seven-day operation.

• Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Experience with sortation, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety and quality standards.
• Experience in a 3PL or eCommerce fulfillment environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business is a plus.
• Flexibility to work swing shift, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products as required in a warehouse environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution facility.
