The Senior Financial Analyst will partner closely with market and operational leaders to drive financial visibility, discipline, and performance across large-scale construction initiatives.
This role blends financial planning & analysis with operational finance, offering direct exposure to executive decision-making and business strategy.

Prior experience in construction or telecommunications is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and enhance financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for projects
- Monitor project financials, including purchase orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal controls
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics; proactively identify risks, trends, and opportunities for leadership
- Perform variance analysis across budget, forecast, and actuals, delivering clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Partner with market and operations leaders to provide financial guidance on cost management, capital allocation, and investment decisions
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend solutions to address budget overruns
- Support strategic and ad hoc financial initiatives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or financial modeling
- Experience in telecommunications, construction, infrastructure or other project-based/capital-intensive industries strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills required; experience with tools such as Tableau, SQL, Hyperion, VBA, Access, or ERP systems is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally
Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
