Your role: go out and find small businesses, startups, or entrepreneurs who need custom mobile app solutions — and earn generous commissions for each deal closed.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and connect with leads who need custom mobile app development
- Pitch our services and communicate the value of high-performance, purpose-driven apps
- Follow up, build relationships, and help move prospects through the sales funnel
- Collaborate with our team to ensure client needs are fully understood and delivered

Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and close new clients in need of custom mobile app development, with a focus on small businesses and startups
- Build and manage a sales pipeline using self-sourced leads and referral networks
- Present and communicate our app solutions clearly and persuasively, tailored to each prospect’s business goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handoffs and project alignment
- Track activities and outcomes using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) to ensure transparency and follow-up
- Provide post-sale support where needed to maintain strong client relationships and generate repeat business
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales, marketing, or technology is a plus
- Proven experience as a sales professional (7 years preferred), ideally in tech, software, or digital services
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and follow-through
- Comfortable working independently on a commission-only basis
- Ability to understand and communicate technical services in a relatable, customer-friendly way
