Rehab Technician / Stretch & Recovery AssistantFYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – East Point
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers East Point is seeking an energetic, motivated Rehab Technician to join our growing outpatient orthopedic and wellness team.
This position is ideal for:
- Kinesiology or Exercise Science graduates/students
- Pre-PT or Pre-OT students
- Individuals interested in sports medicine, rehabilitation, wellness, and recovery services
- Candidates who enjoy working directly with patients in a hands-on environment
We are looking for someone who is:

- Able to multitask in a fast-paced outpatient clinic
Experience in fitness, athletics, rehabilitation, personal training, kinesiology, or healthcare preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:- Assisting patients with therapeutic exercises and stretching programs
- Preparing patients for treatment sessions
- Supporting recovery and wellness services
- Assisting with equipment setup and clinic flow
- Monitoring exercise activities under therapist supervision
- Maintaining a clean and organized treatment environment
- Providing excellent customer service and patient support
- Orthopedic rehabilitation
- Balance and vestibular therapy
- Pelvic health
- Wellness and recovery services
- Functional movement and therapeutic exercise
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required
- Current enrollment in or completion of a Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Athletic Training, Biology, Pre-PT, Pre-OT, or related healthcare program preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working directly with patients of all ages and mobility levels
- Ability to follow instructions and work under the supervision of licensed therapists
- Basic knowledge of exercise, stretching, fitness, or human movement preferred
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
- Ability to assist with light physical tasks, including standing, walking, cleaning equipment, and assisting with exercise activities throughout the day
- CPR certification preferred but not required
