- Design and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
- Deliver evidence-based PT interventions and therapeutic exercises
- Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness
- Track progress and maintain clear, timely documentation
- Develop effective home exercise programs
- Communicate with referring providers to ensure continuity of care
- Stay current with continuing education requirements
- Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license
- Experience in outpatient neuro/ortho or vestibular rehab preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Passion for working with diverse patient populations
- Self-motivated, coachable, and able to work independently
- Confidence in creating and progressing treatment plans
- Spanish proficiency is a plus
