$80,000 – $98,000 annually (based on experience) $7,500 Sign on Bonus!!
$7,500 Sign-On Bonus Up to $50,000 Student Loan Repayment Profit Sharing up to $1,500/month

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions and hands-on treatment
- Educate patients on recovery, mobility, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure compliance with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active NC Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and positive outcomes
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
